Form Property’s BTR team joins the celebrations as Little Digbeth’s The Sidings reaches topping out milestone

Last week, Little Digbeth reached a major milestone, with the topping out ceremony to mark the completion of the highest point of construction on its first phase, The Sidings.
Described as “one of Birmingham’s most anticipated regeneration schemes” by Premier Construction News, Little Digbeth is set to play an important role in the continued transformation of this distinctive corner of the city, bringing new homes and opportunities to an area known for its independent spirit, creative community and industrial heritage.

Form Property joins the milestone
As the appointed property management company, Form Property is well underway with mobilising and bringing The Sidings to market, leading the next stages of the development’s journey towards welcoming its first residents to Upper Trinity Street.
Last week, members of Form Property’s BTR team attended the topping out ceremony in Digbeth, celebrating the progress made so far and seeing the development take shape first-hand.

The milestone marks an important step towards the delivery of The Sidings and the start of an exciting new chapter for Little Digbeth.
"Topping out is a fantastic milestone, and it’s exciting to see the development progressing so well. Our mobilisation work is in full swing, laying the foundations for a great resident experience from day one. We look forward to seeing the finished scheme come together, opening our doors and welcoming residents to what will be one of the strongest build-to-rent offers in Birmingham." - Jack Pinkney

Looking ahead
With construction progressing, attention will increasingly turn towards preparing The Sidings for its future residents. For Form Property, this means laying the foundations for a successful launch, from mobilisation and marketing through to creating a residential experience that reflects the character of its surroundings.
As The Sidings continues to take shape, we’re proud to be involved in bringing the first phase of Little Digbeth to life and look forward to sharing more as the project progresses.
“It was a pleasure to attend The Siding's topping out ceremony and celebrate the scheme's progress so far alongside all key stakeholders and construction teams. We excited to carry forward the quality and care that's gone into the project so far, launching an operational product that provides a new standard of BTR in Birmingham." - Charlotte Sibcy
