If you’ve ever wondered who keeps everything ticking quietly behind the scenes, Our Helpdesk operator Amy Rivington is a good place to start.
Working across Form Property on the Helpdesk, her role doesn’t sit neatly in one box and that’s exactly what makes it work. From supporting both residential and commercial properties to managing estates parking, handling the company credit card, and keeping the office running smoothly, Amy’s day-to-day is a mix of problem-solving, coordination, and being the person people turn to when something needs sorting.
What does your role at Form involve day to day?
Amy: As a helpdesk operative in commercial and residential property management, I’m the main point of contact for tenants and contractors, helping coordinate repairs and handle maintenance requests while keeping records up to date.

What do you enjoy most about working in your team?
Amy: I most enjoy working in a shared space were everyone is happy to help. With my job covering so many areas of the business the relationship I have with the team is so important and I love how welcoming everyone has been.

What’s one thing people might not realise about your role?
Amy: The amount of different things my role covers, I think people don't realise that the helpdesk runs both for residential property as well as commercial. I am also involved in the managing estates parking, the credit card and the general running of the office.
What excites you about the future of your industry?
Amy: I think I am so open about what the future may hold for me in the industry but Helpdesk has exposed me to so many different avenues I could go down which is really exciting.
