What the team does
Customer experience at Form Property is about more than first impressions. It is about how a building works, feels and supports the people in it.
Across the portfolio, teams deliver the day-to-day operations that keep spaces running seamlessly while creating a high-quality, people-led experience for occupiers and visitors. It is a balance of service, systems and responsiveness, making sure everything functions smoothly while always being ready to adapt in the moment.
At No.1 Spinningfields, that means managing everything from front-of-house operations and maintenance queries to events and occupier engagement. Our goal is to ensure the building is not just operational but genuinely enjoyable to spend time in.
What does your role involve day to day?
