Form Property Announces New Leadership Structure and Brand Refresh to Support Strategic Growth

As featured in Green Street News and BE News, Form Property has announced a new leadership structure as the company prepares for its next phase of nationwide growth.
The changes come alongside the launch of a refreshed brand identity, reflecting both Form’s ambitions and its continued commitment to people-focused property management.
Jack Pinkney and Anthony Rothwell have been appointed Joint Managing Directors, stepping up from their previous director roles. Former Managing Director Rob Yates will move into the role of Executive Director, where he will continue to guide the company’s long-term strategy.
Together, the strengthened leadership team will drive Form’s expansion across the build-to-rent (BTR) and commercial sectors, building on its track record for innovation and high-performance management across more than £1 billion worth of assets. The company currently works with clients including Schroders, CITU and Aviva Investors.
“This is a pivotal moment in Form’s evolution. Our new structure allows Anthony and me to fully utilise our complementary expertise, supported by an exceptional team that consistently delivers outstanding results - from 100% NPS scores to strong KPIs and client feedback." - Jack Pinkney
A complementary leadership approach
Under the new structure, responsibilities will be divided to allow Pinkney and Rothwell to focus on their respective areas of expertise.
Pinkney, who joined Form in 2025, will lead on commercial strategy and business growth, while Rothwell - a long-standing member of the team with nearly a decade at the company - will oversee operations and compliance.
The structure has been designed to ensure that Form’s reputation for service excellence continues to set industry benchmarks, while supporting the company’s ambitions to expand its presence across the UK.
Rob Yates will remain closely involved as Executive Director, providing strategic oversight across service delivery, client relationships, and Form’s B Corp, charitable and environmental commitments.
A refreshed brand for a changing industry
The leadership changes coincide with the launch of Form’s refreshed brand identity, which reflects the company’s evolving role within the property sector.
As the real estate industry continues to evolve, younger professionals are increasingly shaping how spaces are designed, managed and experienced. Form’s brand refresh responds to these shifts while staying true to the company’s core principles: a people-first, detail-focused approach to property management.
We’ve built a highly skilled and engaged team, delivering results across estate operations, placemaking, business rates, BTR and sustainability. Our reputation as a property operator which genuinely cares and consistently performs beyond expectations is something we’re incredibly proud of. Going forward, we will build on this momentum as we deepen relationships with existing clients and unlock new opportunities nationwide.” - Anthony Rothwell
